How to make your support cases a RSS feed, and display them in [MyYahoo], [iGoogle], and other RSS readers
Navigate to (Support Module) Case -> Views, and choose a view that you want to track. It could be cases assigned to you, or to your group, or cases that satisfy certain conditions. Click on the [RSS] link at the right column.
Select & Copy the RSS URL in the Popup windows. ( http://www.ebsuite..../xarss... )
Goto your RSS reader. For example My Yahoo, click [Add Content], click [Add RSS Feed], paste in the URL in above step
And you can now start to monitor your cases through My Yahoo!
