Notes come in all forms: sales discount rates, model numbers and specs, commonly quoted phases for emails, web site URLs to keep and share, personal information about a contact.
- Keep general Notes in the Note Center and tag them so all notes of type are together
- Keep notes specific to a Contact or Organization with that record - now you can do a key word search to find the record
