With outgoing email - choose the account to send from
The email client inside your EBSuite Account can be set up with multiple incoming email accounts. When composing outbound email the "Reply To" and "Sent From" information is taken from the Primary email account. The EBSuite email client can be set up to allow the user to choose which incoming email account to use for the outgoing "Reply To" and "From" information.
From the Account Setup tab > General UI (User Interface) > Side Bar
From here review the address (URL) in your browser and make a change to the address:
Replace SLS_SUMRY_SIDEBAR with
Again, you will be given a Yes/No box. Choose Yes to then be able to see multiple choices for a "From" in the email client
