Form Builder: What happens when you specify the [Assign To] field in a Lead Form
When you configure a Lead Form in Form Builder (Tools->Form Builder), you can specify the "Assign To" field to be either
- left blank
- an individual user
- a user group
- a round robin user group
If left blank, the form creator (you), will be added as the TEAM_LEAD/OWNER of that newly created lead.
If an individual user, he/she will be added as the TEAM_LEAD/OWNER of that newly created lead.
If a user group, the whole group will be added to the SALES_TEAM of the new lead.
If a round robin user group, the NEXT_USER in that user group will be added as the TEAM_LEAD/OWNER of the new lead. NEXT_USER is calculated round robin style.
