If you enable your support portal, you can allow your customers to read through KB articles. They can browse by categories or folders, and they can search for a specific topic. We?ve recently added the following feature: track how many times visitors are searching by keyword, and what keyword(s) they are searching for.
There is no configuration needed. Just navigate to (Support Module) Knowledge -> Summary -> Activities
There you can see a daily chart of how many times your KB articles has been read, and also how many time they ?ve been searched. If you click in the search graph, we will display the exact keyword(s) / phrase(s) your customers are searching.
