You can create a Custom Page in the support portal that is only available to registered users of the Portal. The Custom Page could then point to the URL of the form. See the attachment
Also, you can consider adding the "Image Verification" field in your form builder. Our server will dynamically generate a image of numbers that only human can recognize and input.
