New Reports posted

We have just added 5 new reports


  • Main -> Reports -> Activity / by User

    this reports shows for each user, how many Calls/Appts/Tasks/Notes/Emails/Opps/Cases has been processed / attended / closed.


  • Case -> Reports -> Case Report - Status / Assignee 
  • Case -> Reports -> Case Report - Duration / Assignee 

    these two reports shows for each user, the cases distribution by status and duration.

  • Main -> Reports -> Made Calls - by Me
  • Main -> Reports -> Made Calls - by All

    these two reports shown inbound / outbound calls made.
