There are many ways to use the EBSuite Marketing module. Here is a simple lead flow:

1. In Tools->Form Builder, define a "lead" form, and put on your web site ( or host with EBSuite ).

• Visitors who fills out the form will be created as new Leads in your database.
• To make the rest of the flow easier, you should define a hidden custom field in the form field mapping, so you can easily query all leads generated by this form.
• Optionally, you can assign the leads to a "round-robin" user group.

2. As the leads come in, you can have them automatically attached to a Drip Campaign.

• For example on day 1 of their signup, send a welcome letter. On day 3, send a usage tip. On Day 7, send a reminder, ...

3. As the leads come in, they also gets assigned to your sales agents. We strongly recommend using the Assignee and Call Date (My Leads / Today / Past Due / No Due Dates ) view to organize leads.

• If you click into a lead, the "Make a new call" and "Schedule a call for later" is there to help you manage the lead calls.

4. When you filter out the warm leads and confirm their purchase intention, you can click on the "Convert to Opportunity".
