How to attach the "standard 5-star survey" to your cases (used in Close Case)

When you attach a survey to cases, you can have the option to send out a survey email when closing a case.

 

  1. Account->Setup->Cases->Advanced Parameters

     
  2. Choose Yes for "Use Standard Five Star Survey 
     
  3. Then when you close a case, you will see at the bottom of the close case screen,
