Setup Lead "Call Script" to be used in lead processing

 You can setup multiple "Call Scripts" for lead, and have quick access to them when processing a Lead.

 

  1. (Marketing Module) Account -> Setup -> Lead -> Call Scripts


     
  2. Add one or more scripts


     
  3. When you goto the lead process screen, in the call section, you can choose a call script, and see the script loaded on the right side of the screen

Can we have one script set as default? OR have the script automatically chosen based on lead source?

Hi Dimitrios,

We are saving for something more sophisticated, like a rule based script selection. For later.

Right now if you have not noticed, the call script, once selected by a user, will "stick": i.e for the same user when he moves on to the next lead, the same script will be automatically selected. That is as good as "default script" for the short term, right?
