EBSuite CRM has the 'Contact Portrait' feature from almost day 1, but it has been very 'hidden' to most users. Our recent changes include:

• By default the 'portrait' is turned ON.
• In a Contact Snapshot, we will either display the portrait (if already uploaded), or a empty picture holder.
• The portrait or picture holder gives an easy one click access to upload a new portrait/picture.
  
   
• To turn off 'portrait', simply goto your "Contact Snapshot" configuration screen.
