As the Administrator designs the Detail Page layout for the different entities (Contact, Organization, Opportunity, Cases, Etc) one of the tools for grouping like items in the display window is the Section Group Display app. The Section Group Display is actually a mini-window that can be designed (fields and colors) then placed within the Detail Page.

The Secton Group Display app can be opened or closed to display field values specific to the entity detail being viewed.
