Within any module or license configuration in EBSuite you can setup a Live Chat service where visitors to your Web Site can ?Click to Chat? and your sales and support people can answer.

The Live Chat Service is an additional license you can add for $10/month/user (drop a line to support@ebsuite.com).  The Licenses you add can be allocated and re-allocated among any of your licensed users.

Once a visitor to your Web Site seeks to initiate a chat session the EBSuite logged in User will get a prompt to Accept, Reject or Ignore Incoming Chat
