A customer recently asks:
“we are having some issues with sending out a campaign and the email address which it comes from… I want to send a campaign from an email which is entirely separate. ”
After reviewing our logic, here are the three rules of how EBSuite determine which [email from address] to use when sending out a Blast Campaign email:
1. Each Email Template could specify an email from address. If this is set, it will be used.
2. Each Campaign schedule could specify an email from address. It will be used only if the above is NOT set.
3. Your organization have a generic email from address. It will be used if the above two are not set.
