If you have an Google Email account you already have a Google Calendar. Now you can create appointments in either Google Calendar or EBSuite and have them reflected in both calendars.
You Google Calendar may be shared with others and others may add events to your Google Calendar, but only YOUR EVENTS will be synchronized over to the EBSuite Calendar. And likewise, within EBSuite only calendar events that you create will be synchronized to the Google Calendar.
In EBSuite go to Preferences > Calendar_Task then fill in your account information for your Google Account.
