You can tag knowledge base articles with TAGS. Now you can configure your support portal to display these tags:
- If you use Portal Profile, please goto Account -> Setup -> External Portal -> Portal Profiles -> Portal Profile Detail, in the [Knowledge] section, choose ?Top Tags? as one of the sidebar display widgets.
- If you do not use Portal Profile, please goto External Site -> Setup. in the [Knowledge] section, choose ?Top Tags? as one of the sidebar display widgets.
Then if you visit your support portal, you should see the TAGS widget on the left sidebar:
