What is the FAQ Builder? |
In EBSuite, the FAQ Builder is a tool that helps you compose a series of Questions and Answers, and make them available as one KB article. |
Can I use HTML code in the Questions? |
No, the questions will have to be text based. They will be presented to your visitors as links, and when your visitor clicks on a question, the answer part will show. |

You can use simple HTML code such as bold, italic, etc.
For complex HTML article, we recommend making each Queston & Answer as a separate KB article. |
