Knowledge Base article import can be found at Account -> Import/Export -> Knowledge.
Due to CSV format limitation, the regular KB import is limited to text KB articles. The complex nature of HTML articles will make CSV parsing unreliable. If you have a rich collection of HTML based KB articles and would like to import into EBSuite, contact support@ebsuite.com and we can discuss a custom import, based on your file format.
