I've configured a Knowledge/FAQ/Solution, Why can't my customers see it via the external portal?
You have to make it Externally Viewable .

Make sure that the check box Externally Viewable is checked. Otherwise the Knowledge/FAQ/Solution is only visible to your internal users.
