Use our Web Services API to communicate and exchange information with your existing applications, including: SAP, PeopleSoft and Oracle applications. Our robust data architecture supports complex back office systems.

EBSuite uses Industry standard open technology which allows our application to execute on the most popular databases and application servers, such as, Oracle, SQLServer, Sybase, MySQL, Oracle Application Server and Orion/Tomcat. If you choose other commercial J2EE Application Servers and Databases, obtain a license from the respective vendor(s). An Email server is required for work flows and notifications.

Non-Profit Organizations - Free CRM Software
For non-profit organizations, or open source projects, You may apply for free CRM accounts. Just let us know the name of your organization/project, and your URL for us to verify.

Three Ways to Purchase EBSuite's CRM
EBSuite offers three ways to purchase our CRM service / application. The first, our CRM on-demand service. The second, purchase our application and EBSuite will host your company's account on your dedicated private server. And third, purchase our CRM application and host it on your site.

How to Pay For On-Demand Service
Simply sign-up for your Free 30 Day Trial account. Next, login to your account and go to the Account Setup -> Organization Section, select the Credit Card Billing link. Then fill-in the number of users for each module/application. Your credit card will be billed monthly, after your 30 day trial is over.

1). EBSuite's On-Demand Service:
Our full retail prices start at just $25/user/month per module. We offer two ways to "access" our CRM Suite of solutions. First, our CRM On-Demand monthly subscription service. Sign-up and select the CRM modules your business requires. No contracts to sign, therefore, no long term commitments. Modules are licensed per user per month.

2). EBSuite's CRM Private Hosted Service
Purchase our application on your private dedicated server hosted by EBSuite at our facilities. This enables more customization and support for corporate firewalls and security. Prices start at $599/user/license, with a minimum of 10 user licenses. Discounts available for 25+ user licenses.
